Mission Building involved in development of concept and design. Mission to self-perform project management, site supervision, demolition, framing, concrete, finish carpentry, specialty finishes, and painting. Schedule completion November, 2018.

Approximately 10,000 sq. ft. retail strip center. Complete site and façade improvements. Aid in value engineering and design. New concrete, siding, painting, signage, and landscaping. Mission Building self-performing all demolition, framing, siding, painting, concrete, and landscaping.
Rebound Physical Therapy, (In Progress), Bend
Approximately 3,300 sq. ft. tenant improvement. Develop “warm vanilla shell” for landlord per tenant lease and contract. Build out physical therapy clinic. Mission Building self-performing project management, site supervision, demolition, framing, concrete, finish carpentry, and painting.
Historic Raiguel / Cable House, (In Progress), Bend
Approximately 2,700 sq. ft. complete renovation of historic home in Drake Park neighborhood. Full structural corrections, new layout, full electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, windows, complete new interiors. Hired architects, engineers, and directed the design for the client. Self-performing demolition, structural corrections, framing, trim carpentry, and painting. Scheduled for completion summer, 2018.
Alden Improvements, (In Progress), Bend
New Mission Building Head Quarters. Approximately 4,500 sq. ft. office and storage building. Complete site and façade improvements. New floor plan, all new systems, interior design by Mission Building. To begin Summer of 2018.
Ascend Holdings Downtown Redmond, Redmond
5,000 sq. ft. renovation / repurpose. Build (2) luxurious apartments on 2nd floor. Reengineer building to accept parking on 1st floor. New fire separation, new fire sprinklers, new egress, 2 brand new apartments, front and rear façade improvements. Mission Building to self-perform project management, site supervision, demolition, framing, structural concrete, and finish work. Project to begin October, 2018.
GL Solutions Office Improvement, Bend Hardware Building, Bend
8,000 sq. ft. Mission Building in charge of integrated delivery of design / build. Handled all permitting and compliance. Demolished old walls and added 6 new offices, 2 conference rooms, and 2 ADA compliant restrooms. Installed new lighting where applicable and all new finishes. Dealt directly with new tenant and coordinated with building management and ownership.
