Spa Urbana, (In Progress) Riverhouse Hotel, Bend

Approximately 3,200 sq. ft. complete new build for Spa Urbana. Project to be coordinated and financed through Vista Hospitality and Tryperion Partners. Mission Building involved in development of concept and design. Mission to self-perform project management, site supervision, demolition, framing, concrete, finish carpentry, specialty finishes, and painting. Schedule completion November, 2018.

New West Plaza, (In Progress) Bend.

Approximately 10,000 sq. ft. retail strip center. Complete site and façade improvements. Aid in value engineering and design. New concrete, siding, painting, signage, and landscaping. Mission Building self-performing all demolition, framing, siding, painting, concrete, and landscaping.

Rebound Physical Therapy, (In Progress) Bend

Approximately 3,300 sq. ft. tenant improvement. Develop “warm vanilla shell” for landlord per tenant lease and contract. Build out physical therapy clinic. Mission Building self-performing project management, site supervision, demolition, framing, concrete, finish carpentry, and painting.

Historic Raiguel / Cable House, (In Progress) Bend

Approximately 2,700 sq. ft. complete renovation of historic home in Drake Park neighborhood. Full structural corrections, new layout, full electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, windows, complete new interiors. Hired architects, engineers, and directed the design for the client. Self-performing demolition, structural corrections, framing, trim carpentry, and painting. Scheduled for completion summer, 2018.

Alden Improvements, (In Progress) Bend

New Mission Building Head Quarters. Approximately 4,500 sq. ft. office and storage building. Complete site and façade improvements. New floor plan, all new systems, interior design by Mission Building. To begin Summer of 2018.

Ascend Holdings Downtown Redmond, Redmond

5,000 sq. ft. renovation / repurpose. Build (2) luxurious apartments on 2nd floor. Reengineer building to accept parking on 1st floor. New fire separation, new fire sprinklers, new egress, 2 brand new apartments, front and rear façade improvements. Mission Building to self-perform project management, site supervision, demolition, framing, structural concrete, and finish work. Project to begin October, 2018.

GL Solutions Office Improvement, Bend Hardware Building, Bend

8,000 sq. ft. Mission Building in charge of integrated delivery of design / build. Handled all permitting and compliance. Demolished old walls and added 6 new offices, 2 conference rooms, and 2 ADA compliant restrooms. Installed new lighting where applicable and all new finishes. Dealt directly with new tenant and coordinated with building management and ownership.

Co-Working Space, Deschutes Brewery Building, Bend

Built new office space from warm shell. Mission Building self-performed project management, site supervision, framing, trim carpentry, and painting. Oversaw permitting and handled all compliance.

Plateau Vet Hospital, Bend

Approximately 2,500 sq. ft. New build / remodel of existing space to Vet Hospital. Mission Building handled all permitting and compliance. Built new exam rooms, treatment and surgery rooms. Oversaw installation of purpose specific equipment including x-ray, wet tables, surgery tables, and exam tables. Build included major electrical, plumbing with pump system, and new HVAC. Self-performed project management, site supervision, framing, insulation, concrete, painting, and all trim carpentry.

Premier Property Group, Bend

Approximately 2,000 sq. ft. Complete new office improvements, from gray shell per plan. Mission Building handled entire scope per plan. Self-performed project management, site supervision, framing, trim carpentry, sound insulation, and painting.

Shevlin Hixon, Bend

Fire restoration. Mission Building developed scope, budget, and demand letter for client. Worked with the insurance company and advocated to meet the needs of owner and requirements of the building. Managed entire project, engineering, permits, and construction. Demolished building down to studs. Executed structural corrections per engineering. Complete interior demolition and rebuild of 4,400 sq. ft. building and 3 tenant suites. Self-performed permitting, demolition, framing, trim carpentry, and painting.

Lumbermans Insurance Office Improvement, Franklin Crossing Building, Bend

4,000 sq. ft. Mission Building aided in design and value engineering. Demolished most interior components of existing dental / spa interior. Built 3 new offices, 2 new conference rooms, reconfigured kitchen and break area. Mostly new electrical and lighting, all new finishes.

Lark, Historic E.M. Thompson Building

4,000 sq. ft. Mission Building aided in design and value engineering from inception of project. Handled all permitting and compliance. Completed renovation of first floor and mezzanine. Demolished all interior components of existing Ranch Records space and rebuilt to new plans. New framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, exterior façade renovations. Designed and built all new period appropriate storefront and rear doors and windows. Installed new code compliant engineered steel egress stairs, engineered steel fence and courtyard.

Rosell Wealth Management Office Improvements, Franklin Crossing Building, Bend

Approximately 1,800 sq. ft. Mission Building in charge of integrated delivery of design / build. Handled all permitting and compliance. Demolish restroom to create new layout with reception and 2 separate restrooms. Designed and installed Mahogany storefront window and door assembly

Miracle Ear, Bend

Renovation and tenant improvements for 1,500 sq. ft. stand-alone medical building. Built new offices, restrooms, storage, and reception area. All new electrical, plumbing, and interior finished. Mission Building self-performed project management, site supervision, demolition, framing, and structural corrections, drywall, interior / exterior painting, trim carpentry, and concrete.

The “State Building,” Bend

Exterior façade remodel and site improvements. Exterior remodel of existing 35,000 sq. ft. building. Scope included new landscaping, drainage, sidewalks, patios, retaining walls, large beam trellis structures, siding, and paint. Mission Building self-performed demolition, framing, structural and finish concrete, timber framing, siding, and paint.

Van Amburg Surgery Center, Urlin Coe Building, Bend

1,150 sq. ft. New build from gray shell of outpatient surgery center for Van Amburg Surgery Center. In charge of integrated delivery of design build. Built operatories, offices, break room, and reception. Handled all permitting, build, inspections, and compliance. Mission Building self-performed framing, insulation, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry.

Debron Apartments, Bend

Constructed ground up, 9 unit townhome styled multi-family building for Cascade Crest Transitions. Pre-construction services included aid in design, value engineering, and budget development. General contractor for entirety of project, oversaw all trades, inspections, and compliance. Mission Building self-performed project management, site supervision, framing, siding, trim carpentry, and painting.

Cascade Internal Medicine Specialists, Urlin Coe Building, Bend

2,400 sq. ft. Build from gray shell for general practice for Cascade Internal Medicine Specialists. In charge of integrated delivery of design build. Built operatories, offices, break room, reception. Handled all permitting, build, inspections, and compliance. Self-performed framing, trim carpentry, and painting.

Sunriver Storage, Sunriver

Approximately 3,300 sq. ft. Built from ground up 28 mini-storage. Aided in design and budget development. Managed entire project including compliance and construction. Mission Building self-performed project management, site supervision, framing, and painting.

Axela Care (Formerly Homecare I.V.), Bend

Remodeled and expanded for Homecare I.V. Aided in budget and planning process. Added treatment, staff areas, and restroom. Three phases of improvements to allow business to continue offering treatment. New doors, flooring, paint, and trim where applicable. Oversaw and aided in decommissioning of old chemo hood. Oversaw and aided in installation of new negative pressure and clean room with new chemo hood install.

1133 NW Wall St. Basement, Bend

Approximately 2,000 sq. ft. Complete conversion of offices to individual storage units. Self-performed framing, drywall, trim carpentry, and painting. Handled all permitting and compliance.

Residential Renovation of 1956 Ranch Home, Redmond

Complete renovation of 1956 ranch home. All work and design performed by Mission Building including but not limited to structural corrections, all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roof, insulation, siding, windows, kitchen, bathrooms, and landscaping.
