When Francis Senger started Mission Building in Bend in 2008, he was focused on completing the historic renovation of a home downtown. During the recession, he continued to take on historic remodeling projects and added some small commercial jobs. Francis Senger, of Mission Building and Renovation LLC, did the work. The job entailed more than the Letourneaus initially anticipated, Scott Letourneau said.
