Located on the first floor of the 445 SW 6th St project. Complete design and build of a new cupcake bakery with kitchen and retail elements. Mission was responsible for interior design. Mission performed demolition, framing, painting, trim carpentry and job management.
Approximately 3,200 sq. ft. complete new build for Spa Urbana. Project to be coordinated and financed through Vista Hospitality and Tryperion Partners. Mission Building involved in development of concept and design. Mission to self-perform project management, site supervision, demolition, framing, concrete, finish carpentry, specialty finishes, and painting.
